Here a few reminders of things we can do to help us become more kind, compassionate and forgiving human beings in this world.

This is a post for reflection. Allow yourself some time to pray, to meditate, and to reflect on your current state of mind and what is currently happening in the world.

That's it from me ... Sending love, light & prayers your way ...

1. Spread love and have faith.

And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbour as yourself.'

Matthew 22:39

'Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things...'

1 Corinthians 13:4-10

'Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.'

1 John 4:7-8

'But now faith, hope, love, abide these three; but the greatest of these is love.'

1 Corinthians 13:13

'Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.'

1 Peter 3:8

2. Share knowledge and educate those around you - friends, family, colleagues etc.

'My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. "Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.'

Hosea 4:6

'Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.'

Proverbs 4:7

'An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.'

Proverbs 18:15

'For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will delight your soul.'

Proverbs 2:10

'My [child], do not let wisdom and understanding out of your sight, preserve sound judgment and discretion'

Proverbs 3:1-21

3. Be prayerful and reflect on what’s happening in the world.

'Then Jesus told them a parable about their need to pray at all times and not to lose heart.'

Luke 18:1

'Pray without ceasing.'

1 Thessalonians 5:17

'And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people.'

Ephesians 6:18

'I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree together, so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be united in mind and conviction.'

1 Corinthians 1:10

'Dear brothers and sisters, I close my letter with these last words: Be joyful. Grow to maturity. Encourage each other. Live in harmony and peace. Then the God of love and peace will be with you.'

2 Corinthians 13:11

Sending love and positivity your way
