Here a few reminders of things we can do to help us become more kind, compassionate and forgiving human beings in this world.
This is a post for reflection. Allow yourself some time to pray, to meditate, and to reflect on your current state of mind and what is currently happening in the world.

1. Spread love and have faith.
And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbour as yourself.'

2. Share knowledge and educate those around you - friends, family, colleagues etc.

3. Be prayerful and reflect on what’s happening in the world.
